Kerry Hulston, Director of HTPS has over 20 years being experience in the building and construction industry and is well positioned to provide professional consultation and advice to his clients. His experience covers the entire scope of professional and technical management required to direct successful projects from inception through to delivery.

Kerry has been involved in local government and has an intimate knowledge of local government procedures and protocols. His experience encompasses a wide variety of capital works planning, design and delivery and professional services associated with buildings and facilities, civil, urban design and asset management.

As a licensed commercial builder, Kerry has a detailed understanding of the complexities associated with the delivery of professional services to government organisations and possesses the skill and knowledge that has allowed him to be recognised as a high performer in this field.
